SUPER Surprise for my list for 2012 - how 'bout you?

Morning,

I've been thinking about sending 2011 out with a big huge bang, and methinks I have hit upon the perfect idea. It involves several of my best-sellers.

Thing is, though, as you know...once (a link, an ebook, etc.) is given out online, it fast becomes available in all the free ebook downloads/black hat sites, etc.etc.etc.

So I'm playing with ideas to make money from that. I know I cannot prevent it from happening, so I no longer focus on that...instead, I want to maximize my effectiveness.

While I'm playing, I figured I'd ask what y'all are doing for your customers and list too....

Let's share! For example, right now, I'd be writing my first teaser post on my site, except my server is down, so I'm making coffee instead.

    Well, you probably have already thought of this, but just in case.... if you figure what you give away will end up being passed around "unofficially", at least be sure YOUR website links and some info about your stuff is embedded promienently where it can't be deleted so you at least get some free advertsing out of it.

    It sounds like a good idea though. Everyone loves a massive value freebie! ;-)

      I need to turn and switch to being a seller, I have no list now so I can not contribute as you requested. I can however flip it around and instead ask you:
