Where Can I Get a Good Bulk Emailer??

I have a list in Excel format. Does anyone know some good software that will allow me to just upload this list without verification? I've found a few, but can't really tell if they are any good. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

GroupMail, business edition. You need to be able to throttle your broadcast to a few hundred per hour depending on your ISP.
