Has Anyone Been Charged Twice For A Purchese Of $1 By Paypal!

I know it's not much but I just purchased the WSO "FBMommy Training Course"

Paypal charged my bank account twice for $1.00 each for a total of $2.00

I did not login to paypal & pay with them I used my credit card to
do it & was asked by paypal when ordering if I wanted to login &
I decided not to could that be why I was charged twice.

    If you somehow ended up paying with PayPal,which it sounds like you did, it is possible to be charged an out of country fee for processing. This has happened to me, though it wasn't $1.

    You always have the option to contact PayPal and ask them.

    I called paypal & it's to verify my account & is suppose to be
    removed in three days.

    Yeah they do it to me whenever my card information is added, edited, updated, or changed. It's for security reasons and its not permanent.
