....they don't like to buy.

Adf.ly they are from, and OTO they didn't buy.

And in the follow ups, after 5 emails i send a offer.

Still nothing, but i am getting 60% click thru rates.

And they like free offers, but not buying.

Start again or something else?

Hard to comment without seeing your pitch. There's more to email marketing than just getting subs. Maybe the offer wasn't suitable. Maybe the copy wasn't compelling. Maybe the price was too high or too low.

Free is easy to understand and there's no risk in accepting something free. But selling is something else.

If they are used to free stuff from you (a lot), that's how you trained them.

Sometimes they do not buy, because they do not need it. Survey your list and ask what they are up to, then deliver it to them.

It's a good strategy to give away some of your best stuff, and then offer a paid one. If the free one is so good, they would think, "Damn if that's what you give away for free, I wonder how good is going to be the paid stuff?"

That's what you are looking for.

I've just tried Adf.ly but I'm finding a lot of the traffic coming from places like Romina so I'm expecting it not to convert... We will see.

This answer is kind of hard to put into one post,

Basically you got leads from (what i would consider) a crappy source.

And now you are sending them affiliate offers without warming them up first.

If you send your list good content and genuine value, you will build trust and selling things will be 100x easier.

You cant send affiliate offers to a cold list and expect anything
