The best products are the ones your list/traffic/customers will buy.

    You can also check out:

Popular ClickBank Products 1 to 10

    Hope that helps!

    No.

Sales figures are known only to ClickBank and to the products' vendors.

There are many websites which pretend to be able to work it out from published information.

The reality is that all of them are guessing. They have no access to any information other than the same ClickBank "Marketplace statistics" to which you and I also have exactly the same access.

If you ask them how they're working out the sales figures, their answer always boils down to a "secret proprietary algorithm" (or very similar wording), which is another way of saying "We're not telling you". That's because they can't.

I strongly suspect (but can't prove) that most of those sites guess sales figures on the basis of a combination of ClickBank's "popularity" and "gravity" figures. I know it sounds absolutely ridiculous (because the algorithm inputs that constitute "popularity" are themselves undisclosed, and those that make up the "gravity" figures - although fully disclosed - have absolutely zero connection with sales numbers), but I honestly think this is how they guess. And it's why your guesses or mine are likely to be at least as good as theirs. Maybe better.

On the other hand, of course, if you know a vendor personally, and trust and believe his answer, you can simply ask.

By the way, if you could actually find out which ones were selling in the highest numbers, would those be products you'd want to promote, yourself, or to avoid? (I'd want to stay well away, myself - I think they'd be among the hardest to make a living from!).

      Relevant; but hardly accurate.

I think you may be going the wrong way about this. I build my sites up and THEN go searching for products to promote. And then test various products to see which one sells well for me. You can have 2 weightloss sites but one will sell weightloss by hypnosis well and the other will not. It depends on the type of traffic you are getting. If the other site is aimed more towards young males wanting to loose weight and pump up, a total different product will work better.

"How well they're selling" is simply information that isn't available. It would be nice to be able to avoid the ultra-competitive "bestsellers", perhaps, but the reality is that one can't reliably do so.

What matters is to promote good quality products from good quality vendors, with non-leaky sales-pages, and to know that you'll be paid the commissions you earned (so don't try to sell "IM products" to people who are already ClickBank affiliates themselves, because they'll buy through their own hoplinks, not through yours!).

If it helps or interests anyone, my own little 10-point checklist of criteria - without which I wouldn't be making a living at all - is here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/218961-selecting-product.html#post2161932

While there isn't a true bestseller's list out there, following marketers who repeatedly put out good products is most helpful. Gravity can't tell you the bestseller's rank, but popularity is a good indicator anyway. You do have to take in account though that some products with high gravity may only have high gravity because people are buying through their own aff link.
