New Facebook DESTROYING marketers?!

I want to state that the new facebook is extremly confusing to navigate! *As a facebook marketer (this is without using ads), I find it hard to get a niche page with all it's fans into my friends list or rather into my own page.*

I remeber the old facebook where I had an email list of a few thousand and just imput the emails in the send message to box and boom those few thousand got my page request!

Now you fan hardly do any of that! It's 100% un marketer friendly. Although, I refuse to give and find the loopholes in the system like myself and many marketers have done before!

I have a question for you...

If you use facebook to build your business (withut ads) what are you doing and is it still working?

two month without earning when facebook changed it policy.
Why don't we leave facebook and thinking about facebook alternative for social media marketing?

there is no way I would ever put my server form on FB pages to get garbage leads fr just one time! I'm promoting CPA offers! I have noticed the quality of leads have decreased over te last 2-3 months after FB's policy chnages!

Ads on the newsfeed will be interesting. I enjoy the new timeline feature that will allow me to brand my profile(s) a bit better. I think that change can be good as it allows us to find new ways to reach prospects.

I hate the new Timeline, it's so confusing the way it is laid out. I do love the top banner, that is nice. Adds a nice personal touch.

I just hope there isn't too many ads in the news feed. Time will tell.

You have to understand that most of the big internet platforms fall into one of two categories:

        1. Sites not designed specifically to help you make money. These are usually hostile to internet marketers, or tolerant at best. Facebook is one of these.

        2. Sites designed specifically to help you make money, such as ClickBank, eBay, Amazon, Google Merchants, CPA networks, etc. Even some of these act as if they are hostile to internet marketers...

Still, I usually prefer to base my marketing efforts on platforms that fall into the second category.

I have been doing some research. Seems as when facebook updates so do those viral script! Their is a viral script out now that requires u to send someone to a page. Once that person hits the 'like' button, you hve ALL their info! Phone #'s and emails!

I've spoken to some people saying they are making a killing with it. As for me I'm going to wait and see what FB has instore these next few weeks.

P.S. It's VERY ironic that the WSO of th day pertains to this very topic! I bought it

I hate the new facebook layout I think its cluttered and difficult to navigate. Initially it may cause more ad clicks but only because of a confusing navigation (in other words accidental clicks).
