Best Deal Ever on Dragon Naturally Speaking?

Hey Warriors!

Just sharing what is possibly the best price ever for Dragon Naturally Speaking. Only $20 on Tiger Direct! (no I'm not an affiliate)

Normally $99, on sale for $39, but get another $20 off through 12/30/11 with coupon code TBARGAINS004.

So act fast. Just go to tigerdirect .com and click software, and it should be on the first page as Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking 11.5 Home version.

When I was searching this forum for clues about article dictation, I discovered there are a lot of experienced Internet Marketers who use this software and love it. So I got a copy earlier this year; but paid $40.

Even if you're just thinking about using it; at this price, it's probably worth a try.

I thought it would be good for everyone to know about this before the sale ends. Just in case you'd like to take advantage of the deal.

Happy New Year!

Jeff

P.S. I am aware that Microsoft Windows offers free speech recognition software, but I have not personally tried it. Guess I got used to Dragon, and it works fine for me.

    Jeff,

Thanks for the heads up. I purchased my first copy of DNS (I think it was 5.0) many years ago on eBay. I think I'm up to version 10.5 and am so happy with it. I also have version 8.0 and 9.0 on two other computers.

Here's a quick link (no affiliate link):

DNS is a great way for people to write content with their voice. It takes some getting used to, though, and it might take a few days or a couple of weeks to get the hang of it.

I love it because I also have carpel tunnel in my left hand and cannot type as often as I'd like. DNS has solved that issue for me.

DNS also might have some issues with certain accents, though most of this can be overcome by making sure you invest the time in training it properly. Like any tool, you'll get out of it what you put into it.

Lastly, Vista and Windows 7 both have a speech recognition progam and it's actually pretty good. I prefer DNS because it has more features and for me it's a lot more accurate.

I'm an avid user of DNS and it has made my life a whole lot easier when it comes to writing a wide variety of articles on a daily basis. I would surely recommend it to anyone that would like to increase their writing productivity.

As for the heads up, I already have the latest version but it's great to have members like Jeff sharing the love...

That is a crazy price. I bought my dragon at $99. I would of jumped all over this if I didn't already have dragon.
