Successful broadcast message. Add to follow up sequence?

I recently sent out a broadcast message which was by far the best converting email I have ever sent.

Ideally I would like to add this email to near the beginning of my follow up sequence, but there is one big problem. I recieve emails regularly from my subscribers, saying that they haven't recieved certain emails. e.g.

"I haven't recieved lesson 2, please could you re-send"

I get messages like that nearly every day, and thats not including people who probably can't be bothered to ask for a re-send.

Should I add it to my follow up sequence or keep it as a broadcast message?

    Hi,

I think it's important to examine the reasons why it was a high converting email, including the season, timing, offer and whether or not those receiving had already seen a lot of emails from you before or not. You could always test putting it into your sequence and see what happens.

Huh.. If you plan on adding the broadcast near the beginning of your follow up, then the problem should be your subscribers receiving the same e-mail twice!! Not skipping an e-mail.

The ones who are on your list before the follow up wont be affected at all.

Re-think your statement.. It makes sense that if you add a msg instead of removing one then you are increasing the number of follow ups..

The only subscribers it may possibly effect are the ones who were due to recieve the e-mail in there next follow up..

i.e subscriber is at e mail 4, you then add a follow up to be e mail 3, that subscriber will consequently the last e-mail (no.4) again!

    • I'm talking about adding it at the very beginning, lesson 2 or 3. All I have to do is wait 2 or 3 days, and the people who I have broadcasted will not recieve the same message twice.....

Why don't you get an autoresponder that actually delivers and reaches people's inboxes.

I know 1 company that actually does this (all the others are still trying).
