Please I need your feedback about PLIMUS

Hi Warriors,

While browsing, I came across PLIMUS (offers cart shopping, payment processor affiliate program...). Look quite interesting, but i need to get some feedback from you.

Have you ever used their services? Any advices about the pro and cons?

    Plimus can be a royal pain if you're trying to sell products. I lost my affiliate account with them (with a good chunk of cash in it) for no reason at all.

    If you're a vendor, choose professionals like 2CO because they've got it all in one place. And they don't cut off your business arbitrarily just for the heck of it. I didn't believe all the horror stories about Plimus till it finally happened to me.

    I had been using Plimus for around 1 year but suddenty one day
    I got an email that they've suspended my account because the
    refund/chargeback rate on my products is more than the industry standard.
    FYI, I got only 2 chargebacks out of 150 sales and they blocked me!!
    I emailed them and asked them their industry standard and they told me
    that they tolerate only 1% chargebacks maximum. The amount in my account
    has been held and will be paid to me after 95 days. What a pain!

      At least you got an email. I didn't even get that.

      Here I was thinking about scaling up promotions only to find that I was unable to log into my account. After some back-and-forth messages with their front-line support, I realized that I was suspended (no reasons, emails, notices).

      Last I checked, I had $500 in unpaid commissions sitting in that account. Not sure if or when I'm going to be paid.

      2 years with Plimus and they pull a stunt like this.

    PLIMUS is the most easily accessible merchant service among others. Where other will ask you a lot of verifications and will delay to get your account activated, they offer very quick service. I used them for last year though I switch to 2CO recently. I did not face any problem with them. I just switch them because 2co is much more familiar to clients and I want to gain trust from my client. Otherwise plimus was okay to me
