Facebook: Secure browsing is not supported

I had a 'forced LIKE' page set up for my FB welcome page using FBML about 6 months ago to encourage more likes from new visitors. I noticed recently that that page is showing this notice: 2011-12-29_2356 - radar9628's library
What do I need to do to resolve this? How do I get my forced LIKE page back?

    Did you try going to your App Dashboard and seeing if there were any boxes to check to allow for HTML?

      Mac - forgive my lack of programming expertise, but if it is FBML-based, how would checking 'allow for HTML' help?
