    Stevey,

Generally the information and services sent to you from other marketeers is copyrighted and belongs to them.

The only stuff you can send to your list is PLR material that you PAID for.

You can't give your list anything that you do not have the rights to. If you have received a "freebie" from someone - that does not allow you the right to pass it on.
I ask permission from authors of ebooks and content to re-use it on a regular basis. They nearly always give permission as their ebooks are full of valuable links. But you must get this permission.

      Aaaaaa . . . says who?

There are lots of potentially great freebies that you don't have to pay for and that are not PLR.

I have some awesome resale rights, master resale rights, and public domain material that I didn't pay for and they are not PLR.

In addition, lots of marketers are willing to give you their ebooks and courses that you can freely share with your customers. Sometimes these have affiliate links in them - other times, just links to the provider's web site. I have used excellent products from others as freebies.

Other great sources of freebies are found at Amazon and eBay where there are free ebooks, scripts, videos, and software galore that you can pass along.

What about articles in your niche? Many of the article directories allow you to share their articles as long as you include the author's resource box.

I could name a dozen other things that you can use as freebies and give to your list without cost to you that have real value.

Don't limit yourself by listening to bad advice.

Read and learn from products you buy or get free then give your list your take on it, then you wont have any problem.

    stevey147,
I had a chuckle when I read this - not because of your question, but because of the answer...... that said, it depends on how I interpret your question.

Most of the info you and I receive is regurgitated from another source. In other words - everything we are being taught, is usually learned form someone who learned from someone. Make sense?

I see no problem in taking info that YOU have learned, injecting your own thoughts and personality into it and passing the same along. Notice I have not mentioned anything about plagurizing, or directly copying someone, and calling it your own (trying to prevent the attack here, lol).

Usually best if you have your info coming from a few different sources, before you re-hash it for your list, so that it is definitely genuine and yours - not just a blatent rip-off.

Not sure if that's what you were getting at, or if you want to just distribute someone else's materials directly.....

    Happy 2012,
    Jeremy

    Hi Stevey
Are you asking because you need some free gifts to give away?

If so, here are a couple that I made - you are welcome to give them away (as long as you do not change them at all). That will give you a little start.

    and http://mary-kathan.com/freereport.pdf

By the way - they are internet Marketing related (if that is your niche)

    Stevey147,

Steve B is right. There are free ebooks and such that can be found around the internet (just depends on your niche) and those people allow you to give their product away for free either out of the kindness of their hearts, or because their affiliate links are sprinkled throughout. You just should not change the free things that those people allow you to give out for free (keep their affiliate links there).

If you're in the internet marketing niche, Samantha Milner has some freebies that you can give away (some you can't give away). You can sign up for her email newsletter at The Samantha Milner Free Newsletter: Build Income Streams Online In Superfast Time (not my affiliate link) and you'll get some great stuff fro her. I am on her list and I have learned some great things from her.

    Hope that helps.

p.s. you can also just write up a 10 page report about something you're knowledgeable about that your audience can gain value from.

Read the licensing on the item you want to giveaway. It will tell you if you are allowed. If it doesn't state it, then contact the author and ask for permission.
