Amazon Accident

I am an Amazon associate (affiliate) and they said they accidentally sent my monthly check to my physical address instead of direct deposit like usual. the problem is I have since moved from the address that was on my information. Is there a number I can call to clear this up?

    I am pretty sure they don't have a phone number that I can find in my associates account. I have always just used their contact and email forms, and they have always been very responsive.

    Tried to post a direct link for you but I don't have enough posts yet. Go into your associates account, click account at the top right of the page, on the bottom of the page you land on you will see contact amazon, and it will have a contact form you can fill out to ask your question.


    If you moved with in the past year the check should just be forwarded to you by the postal system, that is if you are in the US. Other countries I am not sure.

    You can call amazon and talk to their associates department, I've done it.

      You need to update your information with Amazon so they have your proper address and you probably could contact the post office and have them redirect your mail to your new address if that option is available in your country.
      Try calling Amazon directly and letting them know about the problem.

        I used the contact email form for amazon associates and let them know. I'm also gonna try and gr on the USPS website and make sure my mail is beig forwarded

    They messed up my direct deposit too.
    They just informed me that I was getting a check too.

    wow, you're just lucky you get to be an affiliate for amazon (I can't because I'm in California). I do wish you the best of luck on getting that all sorted out in a timely manner!

      Lisha, Amazon has reinstated affiliates in California a few months ago. You just need to re-apply.
