Ranking autoblogs for affiliate products
However, whenever I do a little research into a niche that I am thinking about entering, I notice that most of the review sites that I see are just that. They may look nice and fancy (although not all of them) but most of them all just have the exact same information that amazon does. How are they able to rank them so high?
I am having trouble ranking my own amazon review websites. I have a handful of sites. Some are seperate keyword matching domains and some are subdomains of a larger review site I have. However it seems that they have been bouncing around in the SERPs for about 5-6 months now. I start with pulling the information from amazon like most of these programs do but then I go through and reword everything. Basically spinning it by hand.
I also then add a paragraph to the top and bottom that are my own words and I also paraphrase any customer review I may pull from amazon as well so it is not word for word the same either.
Some of these sites bounce as high as the first or second page and will stay there a day or two and when they do, they convert amazing and I make sales. But then they disappear from the rankings again after a couple days or so and I see very little traffic.
I only have one site that has seems to stay pretty steady and it is an aged domain I bought and it stays at the bottom of page two or the top of page three for its domain matched keyword.
Am I just rushing things? I have heard of the dance before but the number most people seem to quote is 2-4 months. It has been close to 6 months for most of these sites. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am getting pretty frusterated
