I have been looking for Help (Flippa)

I believe the main reason is because you still have the basic wordpress theme. It has not been optimized for your niche. All you have is the rankings. Also, I'm assuming you have not monetized the website.

I think it goes without saying, you SHOULDN'T be PMing anybody here looking for "help" flipping any website -- especially if your messages are totally unsolicited.

As for "flipping" your website, what possible help could you need? List the site on "Flippa" and make sure you get more than what you put into the site.

It doesn't get any easier than that...

Personally, it just seems that in your search for "help" while PMing other WF members, you're just hoping for somebody to say, "hey, why don't I buy your site." I hope nobody falls for it.

You definitely need to change your Wordpress theme and at least monetize the site with Adsense or a ClickBank product before listing it on Flippa.

Even sites that have no traffic or sales sell depending on how well you market your sales listing and make the site look good.

Hmmm... I guess the OP is just looking for some cheap lever as some said. There are different models to flipping websites. All ou have to do is study the one you like and that suits your personality,strenght and weakness and then do the same.

There are no better place to do this except flippa. I ma not talking from what I read, but what I did and i made my first $75 from flipping website yesterday. Yeah ... small but that was just to test the waters to see if my observations were right. As it, they are!

I am a complete goon, I think,...I cant seem to figure out how to post a new question in these forums, so I apologize, however I found a post close to what I am asking, and for future reference if someone can direct me in how to create new post????
I am assuming I am missing something right in front of my face...

Anyway, I am researching the art of flipping websites, and one concept I do not understand is if I have a website in mind to purchase, and say they have three diff monetization methods......I only have an adsense account....thats it, how or what would I do to transfer website, and also retain control or get control of whatever money methods may be in use on that particular site? Im not extremely tech saavy, but I can figure things out, if someone can explain a little the basics.

Is it just a matter of switching names? Do I have to know code or something? should I sign up for an account at every single possible revenue option, to be sure I can maintain and increase the revenue? Its beginning to sound extremely confusing and difficult, but, of course, I could be making it harder than it is.

Also, when and if I sell a site on flippa, what are common practices in regards to this.
Say I have revenue from adsense and amazon (or any others)
and I advertise this on the auction page....when someone buys it, what are they expecting from me as far as my accounts for these places.....do I just transfer files, and they replicate what I have done on their own entirely, hoping to create the same amount of revenue? do I have to remove anything from the site on my part before transferring? sorry so many questions, I very much appreciate any insight
