Who's using Google Plus for marketing?

I'm really interested to know how many of you are actually using Google+ as a marketing tool.

I've noticed the number of business pages rising. It's no doubt that Google+ is on the move but is it actually seeing a lot of attention of business owners? From my personal experience, I have to say yes. But it's not the influx of new members that I see flooding through the gates.

For the most part, I see users that had a personal page open up a business page once it was made available. So most of it has been somewhat internal since the latest jump in popularity. Remember they hit over 10 million users in less than a month.

The traffic influx has now flattened out. There is still a mega load of activity on Google+, increasing daily. My though however is what is preventing owners not currently using Google+ from jumping aboard?

Is it because they are simply not aware of it's powerful tool set? Is it because they are scared of change? I think maybe people aren't really connecting the dots when it comes to Google.

We think search and email, and not social. But now, social has been integrated into many Google products and list is ever growing. Here's a couple of questions for you?

1. Do you have a business page? If so, have you found any success?

2. Do you think that Google+ will become a very popular marketing platform?

I have had an account for a while now but I just started tackling some marketing stuff with it. I haven't set up a biz page yet, but I'm doing some networking with my personal account. I think that it will be a good thing once some of my networking channels are in place.

IMO I think google plus will become a very powerful marketing platform. The reason it isnt yet is because most of the general population isn't using it yet. They are just too used to facebook. I am willing to bet, a very large percantage of google plus users are small business owners, IMers, and people looking for networking.

It will become successful, why? Look around you, google is slapping that darn +1 on everything! Nowadays it is pretty much impossible to use the web without using google in one way or another, so if you are using the web, you are using google.

So I doubt anyone has had great results yet, using the core site, but trust me, by the end of this now year, Google plus will probably be a force to be reckoned with.

    Hope this helps

If you are not using Google+ yet, you should start ASAP. See this article Research predicts Google+ to have over 400 million users by the end of 2012

I would like to add a little sample of a check payment another Warrior Member,Valentin Biaggio, received by the end of August 2011 (yes, he was one of the first Google+ users and didn't waste a second); so, just to prove that I know what I'm talking about here's his sample:

Currently set yourself up in a good position so you can take advantage of it later on when it becomes more useful.
