Exclusive Offerings - A good idea?

I'm just wondering what people think of this.

For people that subscribe to you via Youtube/Twitter/Facebook and E-Mail, is it a good idea to give them exclusive offerings that can't be found anywhere else?

I'm completely new to internet marketing so I'm just putting this out there, trying to get some thoughts on the matter.

    Maybe exclusive free reports, free videos, free anything I can come up with. Maybe even early access to certain products I create.

    Yes, this is always a good idea, but make sure they are good quality items. once you try to upsell them on something if they know your free stuff is good then they are sure that whatever they pay for is going to be even more awesome.
