Which webhost can i install applications on and have them run 24/7 while i sleep so that i can switch off my machine at night? Also what are the costs?

    Padou,

    You need a Windows based VPS that allows remote access, assuming all your apps are Windows based. Prices are based on disk space, bandwidth, memory etc etc. Basic one will set you back around $15-20 a month, high spec one will be much more.

    Just do a google search for Windows VPS to find plenty. It really depends on your budget and what you are going to use the server for.

        Please expalin how the billing works? I saw the chart but does it mean i only pay for what i use and if i go over $10 then it would be wiser to switch? If you use it do yuou mind saying how much you use? I want to run my apps off it 24/7 they dnt use much as they just crawl

          Hi Padou,

          To be honest I haven't used their service yet. But I am planning to try it out may be after my current web hosting duration expires.

          Here's a link to the article how their billing works. Looks like they have some minimum fixed billing and after that the charges will be based on your bandwidth usage.

    thank you plr i also found these guys Cheap Vps, virtual Private Server, Cheap Windows vps Hosting, vps Windows @ $10 per month i feel if i migrate to virtual i can put my marketing on steroids and its cheaper than buying a new pc for now. Sleeping looses me money...amazon looks alot cheaper i just need to understand how it works it looks complicated too
