Ninja Cloaker Install???

Hello,

Not sure if you can help me out with Ninja Cloaker or not.

I learned how to build webpages by using wordpress. I used ninja cloaker and dropped it in my public htm, but the screen shows up blank with the cloaker html and the cgi bin. If I click on the cloaker html, it takes me to the right page, but how do I create it so it doesn't come up blank? Not sure if you can help me with this. I've been looking for answers on the web and can't find exactly where to drop this html.

Am I dropping this html in the wrong section? Where should I drop this???
