Urgent Need for Online Document Collaboration

I have a sudden need for an online document collaboration recommendation so that my law office can quickly interact with another law office and client in distant locations.

What I am looking for is:

- Password secure with control over who can access documents

- Enables approved persons to modify documents (eg., to do lists)

- Keeps a record of who makes what changes (like a Wiki)

    I am pretty sure box.com can handle everything you are looking for.

    with all these "out of the box" online collaboration tools you may need to kinda work within their system a little bit, but I think they should be able to do all that you are asking.

    Its cheap too. You will need the Business plan which is only $15 per user. So you can check it out for just $15 to see if you think it will work for you.

    I believe Google docs will do all of this, and it is free. I use it regular with my freelancers and my board of directors.
