Question about drip feeding (I think)
I'm looking to have live sports betting odds on a membership site of mine. The members would then choose a team that they think will win, similar to ESPN's Streak for the Cash. I'm looking to hire someone to create something like this but to be honest I don't even know what skills I am looking for in an outsourced worker. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Can this be done with PHP or is it something more advanced than that?
