Being a clickbank vendor - question

I've never sold thru clickbank but about to, just reading their vendor checklist and such. Does anyone know how the tickets thing works?

Do we have to install our own ticket system? It sounds like clickbank has a system in place but I'm not really understanding. Can anyone shed light on this as a vendor on CB?

You want to look at something like ZenDesk - setup a knowledge base and let people search through your FAQs before submitting a ticket.

There is some integration you do with ClickBank (see here -http://www.clickbank.com/help/vendor-help/vendor-tools/customer-support-ticket-system/).

    Its really easy mate.

Just print out the checklist that they have and follow the steps to the T.
    1. A ticket is generated in their system once you do everything and submit for approval.
    2. Once your product is approved, you need to pay them a one-time fee of $49.99 and your product will be put in the marketplace.
    3. For every upsell or downsell that you install you'll have to submit the product for approval the same way you did for the first one.

CB is getting better now at verifying all the stuff that you claim on your site so make sure you have your disclaimers and other stuff there for a faster approval process.

    Thanks

Also I know it seems obvious but just contact Clickbank themselves directly and ask them. They are always very detailed and thorough in their help, at least in my experience.

I think you are referring to the support ticketing system. If you are, there is nothing extra for you to do once you have setup your account and product. It is all handled by CB. They will send you an email if there is a problem with a purchase. It has a reply link inside where you can reply, provide support, refund and ultimately close the ticket.

Nothing to worry about at all.

    Good luck.
