Make The Most Out Of A Dedicated Server

Have just ordered a dedicated server, currently running tests with sending high volume of targeted traffics to a squeeze page.

Other than that, I would like to collect some more ideas on how I can make the most out of this server in terms of making money!

Any experienced Warriors? or any suggestions?

thank you

On the current stage, we send 10k highly targeted visitors to the server everytime we run the campaign, but for now, we're not sending the traffic constantly(hourly traffic counts).

I utilize my VPS by sending tons of traffic to my squeeze pages and blog like you are planning to do...

I actually used shared hosting for a year before upgrading to my own server and it's totally worth the small increase in price...

Now, I have the luxury of getting 200-600 leads a day on average from mostly organic traffic

Whenever I have an app that I need to run that I know will take a long time, I like to run it on my dedicated servers. That way I don't interfere with anything else going on on my computer. Last thing I want is for my wife to accidentally stop a 10 hour process after its 90% done .

Some other things that come to mind that aren't directly related to making money:
        1. If you have a lot of space on your server, backup your computer's files to the dedicated server. Offsite backups are a lot better than that external HD sitting on your desk. If you don't have a lot of space, just backup the important files.
        2. Use it as a proxy.
        3. Basically anything you do with your home pc.
