Buying PR Domains

Hi,
First I wanted to thank everyone for all the great posts. I am learning lots every time I come on this forum.

Recently I bought an already created website, and am making about $2.00 a day on google adsense (site is PR2). But this got me to thinking if I had a higher page ranking site, I could make a lot more money.

First, is it possible to buy a legit high ranking domain, and if so what sites do you recommend. The only ones I could find did not pass the check page ranking links I tried.

Second, does anyone have experience with this. If you have a higher PR does that mean you'll get more traffic - via indexed, easier for people to search and find you.

Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Traffic 101. I have a PR5 site that I built a number of years ago. I definitely get more traffic but my Adsense results aren't that great.. between $2 - $5 per day. So, in response to your question, I wouldn't assume that a higher PR site is going to yield you that much more in Adsense revenue.

go to "sitepoint" market place. its all you need!! great high rated domains there

Higher PR doesn't necessarily mean that you'll get more money, or even that you'll show up higher in the SERP's. It will earn you more money if you are selling text links, though.
