    I think you need a lawyers legal view on such difficult questions. For those on this forum not qualified lawyers to advise you would I feel be foolish and could result in you getting a large demand for fees!

    To be 100% honest, you'r asking a bunch of marketers for legal advice. Your best option would be to find a lawyer that specializes in copyright laws and ask for advice. Otherwise, you may get bad information from a non-lawyer, and then who's fault is it?
