I posted on Facebook that idea people who
are good at starting projects, but not
at finishing them, should partner with
finishers.

I'm thinking of people who can grab an
80% complete project, really focus on
the details, and get it out the door.

Not surprisingly, a LOT of my Facebook
Friends are more idea people than finishers.

What about you, are you a finisher?

80% or even 95% finished projects
typically don't make you any money.

Should you be partnering with a finisher
to get on stalled project done?

Would this forum be a good place to find
finishers?

Willie

It depends on where the Finish Line is...

I do get most projects done... The only question is When it gets done.

I always set a personal goal for myself to finish something I need to get done, if i'm struggling to get something done due to boredom or distractions I'll take a break and finish it when I'm focused again!

    Hi Willie,

I read in a book that most people are starters in life, but rarely finishers. At one point or another most people start a project but hardly ever succeed at it. I feel its because the initial inspiration makes it easy to begin but it takes real purpose to drive you across the line and a lot of people wanting to make money online don't have a purpose behind them so they quit and therefore fail. If you had a strong purpose you will most certainly be willing to put up with the boring and tedious work required making money online.
The real beauty of this business though is you can outsource all the work you dislike

I think it also has to do with many people who don't make GOALS as a serious goal. I am guilty of that and have yet to write down my true goals.

Finshers are rare, I know soooooooo many people who sabotage their own success by setting up sites and never launching, or writing sites and never promoting and getting traffic, even writing whole courses, plr sets, membership sites and just not quite putting the finishing touches on and launching it...

Yes, you're right, when you finish, still 80-90% fails... or 80% of it fails, but you can take down, tweak, learn, and re-launch, or take the experience with you into your next project and maybe it will have a 50/50 chance of failing.. this is how you can fail your way to success, but if you never finish then you don't even get this experience of completion and failure, and just carry on buying domains, writing, never finishing, and buying more domains....
