Apprentice Affiliate Marketer

Hi Guys, Glad to be apart of one of the best internet marketing forums on the internet, so i heard. I have started doing affiliate marketing a couple of weeks ago to see if i could possibly make an income from it. I have tried amazon affilate marketing a few years ago but gave up very quickly.

I learned from the 30 Day Challenge Marketing program but didn't stick to it long enough to practice everything about promoting products online. I have decided i am not going to give up easily this time and will put in as much effort into affilate marketing until i finally make an income from it.

I have pretty good web design skills (Yes i'm a web designer) so hopefully it will help attract alot of customers to my site. It took me 2 days to throw up bestalbumdeals.com this website in which i am promoting albums from Amazon.com and writing reviews, etc.

I haven't had the time to do seo on the site as I find it time consuming but will probably outsource the work instead. Can you please tell me how i can improve my site so that it will attract more visitors and eventually make a sale? I'm only starting so would be great if i could get some help from guys who have been doing affiliate marketing a while now. I am also working on 2 other affiliate niche websites also promoting Amazon products.

Look forward to your supportive comments.

Regards,

Justin

I would remove the adsense in the sidebar and put something such as "featured album" with another link to amazon. That is much more targeted to your market than the Vista print ad that was showing when I visited. Make sure you do some keyword research. Overall its a pretty good start, make sure you get some analytics installed as well.
