How Do You Create A Privacy Policy For Wordpress

I have a wordpress blog & would like to know how some of you create
a privacy policy for wordpress.

I tried searching wordress's plugin site & could not find anything
they removed the plugin "Easy Privacy Policy" for spamming.

One of the best investments you can make and should make is in legal documents instead of trying to rely on free stuff that might or might not save you if you run into trouble.

You can check out fellow warrior Brian Kindsvater's at Internet Marketing Law Center - Membership. Autoweblaw is another good one - AutoWebLaw.

The advantage is that they keep the documents updated in the event of changes in the industry like with the FTC last year.

I just googled 'Free FTC complient privacy policy' and got a whole heap of them, picked the one i liked the look of, edited it in Word and put it on my blog, feel free to take a look if it helps.

I use WordPress › Wp-Insert « WordPress Plugins - besides being able to do many other things, it can creat (editable) Privacy Policy and TOS pages.

Kevin, I checkout what you found & decided to use it & just put
my website name in it stead thanks that was simple lol.

Another question do we need other ones like Terms of Use.

And do we need to de-index or create a nofolow for it to not
have it show up in Google if so how do we do it.
