Which one of the Advertising Sites Is Best Paying for Asian Traffic??

i have been using smowtion but its cpm is around 0.08$, and that is worst than anything else. I want to know if there is any other high paying network except Google or other networks that only accept legal sites.
There are clicksor, adbrite, smowtion, z5x, cpxinteractive, globe7, harrenmedianetwork, xtendmedia and many others but which one has high rates for asian traffic, specifically India, Malaysia, pakistan etc.
Your suggestions will be much appreciated

    What is worse "than anything else" the price of 8 cents cpm? Or the quality your getting for that price? :confused:

    I meant to say that 0.08 $ or even less per 1000 unique views is the worst rate. Actually most advertisers want US, CANADA or UK Traffic and pay higher rates for them, but mine is mostly from ASIA, Especially from INDIA, PAKISTAN, Malysia etc. Google account never got accepted in my case, i don't know of any other service that can pay better. Chitika too often pays 0$ per day as it shows ads to only search traffic and i don't have much search traffic.
