I need a bonus gift agreement
Hi,
I am preparing to launch a project and want the people I'm interviewing to contribute a gift to the bonus package.
I need wording that says something to the effect that I have permission to use their gift as part of the bonus package - AND I retain rights/permission to use this gift as a bonus in other promotions AND may sell the gift on my site(s).
I know this is typical but haven't been able to find the wording - can someone here just offer that one paragraph (or a template for a bonus gift that you're soliciting)?
