What is the best video marketing software/delivery methods?

I am interested to hear any fellow Warriors feedback about what the best technologies are to power their video marketing intiatives.

Currently have Camtasia 7 for the recording side of things but was considering Easy Video Player 2.0 & amazon s3 to look after the delivery side/hosting of things as opposed to the likes of You Tube.

Any feedback......expereinces would be sincerely appreciated.

    I use a similar setup myself, but it depends on what you're trying to do. EVP is great, but if you want to have more control about how your videos are delivered, you should also take a look at EZS3.

      Thanks John. I am arelatively newbie but getting up to speed as quickly as i can. Can you enlighten me on what aspect you are referring to in terms of the control elements in regards to delivery of the videos. What apsects need to be considered and what are the downsides of EVP2.0.

    Hi Anton,

    Since you're just starting out, stick with EVP which is a great system and has the advantage of being a one-time only purchase.

      I use free software (you can find out more about it through my signature).

      For delivery I use AmazonS3 and EVP for subscriber videos or really long ones. Otherwise, Youtube. You can set up private videos on Youtube, too, but you are of course not totally in control. Youtube will always have the last word.

      I found the main advantage of EZS3 was speed of delivery. Never encountered any extended buffering times when I watched EZS3 videos while EVP can let you down occasionally.

    I never advise clients to solely use video marketing. Video is what you use after you get your site, your blog, your email list, lead generations, set up. The best thing to do is figure out creative ways to use video in conjunction with your other forms of marketing.

      Not to be contrary, but I disagree, you can do video marketing solely, if you know what your doing and make a very lucrative income.

    YouTube is one of the best and every other video sharing site you can find comes second.

    Amazon S3 and EVP are, IMHO, mostly used for video delivery, not marketing.
