or it's better to post ads manually at the most popular classified ads sites?

IMHO, I think is better to do it manually. In that way you can get more control over what you're doing

Nah... lol... don't use an ad blaster. And don't waste your time on classified ad sites. You're better off spending your time on video marketing or article marketing.
