Whats The Best Way To Keep Organized & A Good Planner For Projects!

I plan on making 2012 a vary profitable year
marketing Internet products.

Right now I have pimex & notes on my taskbar to keep things
organized.

I'm not able to get anything done & stay focused what's a good
program or way to keep organized & productive.

    Call me old fashioned but I still use a notebook and different colored markers. I keep notes and hand draw all of my mind maps and funnels.

    I like the Franklin Covey system. Last I checked, they had a free online version (but that was *several* years ago).

    The important thing about their system is prioritizing the tasks and focusing on the most important things first. That way, you're not making a big list and then just doing the few things that are easiest, but won't necessarily bring in the most money.

    A lot of people like to write down their goals and projects but for me, my iPad has been a huge asset for my business.

    I keep track of everything on it and I'm able to keep focused by listing goals and having deadlines for certain tasks.

    I find that writing down your list to-do the night before, right before you go to bed helps big time. People have their preferences but I love to keep everything on my iPad especially because it syncs seamlessly to my computer and phone.

    I have a giant whiteboard behind my desk in my office and I use that daily. Nothing like grabbing a marker and visually scribbling your plan of attack down :-)
