Need Help With Website Configuration!

Warriors, my question is; website configuration!
I'm building a website that offers whole sale prices to Nurseries in Colorado. I want to give out the price list to registered Nurseries without publishing it to the world. To do that I will have to verify their Nursery License Number or tax ID through the Co. State Gov. I want to make this run on auto play, is there any way I can do this, will I have to have my clients create an account or is there any software out that offers such a service.

Can I create a page that shows my prices but is restricted without a entering the Licenses Number or Federal ID. ?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If that is available, then everything else you mention can be done without too much difficulty.

But it hinges on your being able to verify those license / tax numbers automatically, in the background, from your website communicating with the state's website.

An alternative - do they make a list of valid numbers available regularly? If so, that could be loaded into a database on your site & the check could be done there. You'd just need to update the info every so often.
I'm looking into and will get back with you, thanks for the info
