Need some advice on my listing

I posted a web site for sale a couple days ago in the Websites For Sale forum. Not getting any response to it other than one post saying it looked good but looking for reviews. Which confuses me a bit as the link to the demo is there for anyone to view so can't they review it themselves?

I have not got a single inquiry or sale, so I am wondering if my sales thread just sucks or the web site I am trying to sell stinks? This is the first time I have ever done anything like this so I need some advice if you folks would be so kind as to take a look at the thread for me. It is in my signature.

    I think it's the niche. An insurance blog ain't going to seem very sexy to people looking for:

    "...dirty little ninja secrets you can use on autopilot with little or no effort."

    That sucker would probably be gone if it had anything to do with the overall theme of this forum.

      But people build blogs in all kinds of niches to make money with. These key words are all high CPC and low competition so should be easy to rank. I guess I shall just have to promote it myself. I was hoping to be able to get my wife her glasses and dental work, but I guess that will just have to wait.

        If the website is really good and makes some money or has some potential go to flippa.com and you should sell it there. On Flippa are people looking for such a website.
