Affiliate Tracking plugin for Wordpress Needed

I am looking for a simple to manage wordpress plugin that can do the following:-
- Have a sign up form for Affiliates
- The system then gives them an affiliate code (url Link)
- The system has an affiliate login admin area where they can look at clicks and conversions
- The system integrates with paypal whereby I can sell by paypal and pay affiliates by paypal
- I will be able to upload banners and other marketing material so affiliates can use them
- Link to aweber or other autoresponder system
