Which Auto Responder Service Is The Best Or Does It Not Matter?

I tried Aweber and had no issues with them other than bogus spam complaints. I know they were bogus because I only used Aweber for one project that involved selling reseller kits and the list I built there was double opt in and exclusive to Aweber meaning I didn’t have any other access to it nor a way for people to sign up for it other than my opt in website. The money I made back from the costs of the kits did not offset the cost of continued membership in Aweber so I suspended my membership as I had no other use for it. But should I need an auto responder again is Aweber truly the best or are there other responders that are better?

Not sure if the company I was selling kits for is still even in business their model basically consisted of selling you the kit which instructed you how to set up a website to build a list and resell the kits to other people who in turn would do the same thing. The kits sold for $10 a pop which were spilt per sale between you and the company. Sometimes they’d take an entire commission and other times you’d get the entire commission an even spilt sort of thing but you weren’t paid from every sale just every three or so with the company getting the fourth and then you getting another three if generated.

For me aweber has better inboxing rates but getresponse has better features so I use both.

I have heard good things about Aweber, and haven't heard about any service as good as them... When you find it, tell us

I have tried many of them and think Aweber is the best. Switching is very painful as you lose most of your list so if I had it to do over, I would start with Aweber. I like their deliverability rate, form builder, automation, support, split testing and stats. The only thing I wish they would implement is the ability to copy the settings from one list to another.

My second choice was Mail Chimp but affiliate marketing is against their terms of service so that makes them not a choice for me.

    It matters quite a lot.

Some providers people assume to be safe choices (for no other reason than they're big names) turn out upon closer inspection to have very restrictive terms of service that prohibit the very thing for which they were, are, or were intended to be used.

The prospect of needlessly losing what is often one of a business's most important and valuable assets is hardly inconsequential.

For affiliate marketing, among other things, avoid MailChimp like the plague. Especially if it's your bread and butter. It doesn't matter what anyone says, they don't want you doing it or being associated with it. You're walking on eggshells, and you just don't need to live with that kind of uncertainty when there are other choices available.

iContact, I believe, last time I checked, places heavy restrictions on the number of emails you can send per subscriber, rendering it useless to all but the most infrequent senders. Not only that but a few pretty important industry-standard components are absent from their "control panel", such as the ability to purge unreachable/unresponsive subscribers. Someone here also mentioned a recent change to their terms of service that prohibits affiliate marketing, but I haven't confirmed this. Anyway, the other points are enough to put me off, personally.

AWeber are heavily respected here and elsewhere, overall, as are GetResponse.

Can't speak for any others as I've neither used them nor know anything about them.

I have personally use Getresponse and I do not face much issue with their services. As some Warriors have mention, you might want to stick to the major autoresponder services as you might lost quite a number of subscribers if you are going to keep switching autoresponder services.

You might consider promoting another relevant product which gives you higher commissions. Hope my humble contribution is useful to you
