Where can I advertise a local service for free

I have a friend who is a disc jockey. He has a website and has a yellow pages ad. He asked me where he could advertise online for free. I told him craigslist, youtube, Google Local Business Listings, and facebook. Have I missed anything? I figure the more places I can advertise the better.

    Set up free facebook fan page and twitter accounts and get local friends and followers by asking friends to recommend it.

    There are so many places, like all the ranking sites like angie's list, etc.
