ANyone having Problems with Shopaserver

Is anyone having a problem with Shopaserver? I took advantage of their WSO and now can not reach them or access my websites. Their website is also offline.

    nope, our website is online, Please PM me your problem or open a ticket at support [at] shopaserver.com. could be a firewall issue, FW blocks the ip due to multiple login failures.

      Stay away from them; they're don't deserve any business.

      I have had 25 support tickets with them in 1 year. You just have to spend your time changing your nameservers because they change your account servers without the courtesy of warning you. Plus they suspend your account even though you paid their invoices right on their site.

      In short, your sites are down without you knowing. Phew!

      They are full of excuses.

        This is a warning for anyone considering using Shopaserver -- STAY AWAY.

        They have not responded to numerous support tickets, and as of this moment, their website is down, and so are the ones I have hosted there.

        I will be moving as soon as I can get access.

          Joel,

          It may just be that they have moved your account to a new server and did not let you know. See my post above.

          They will answer your support ticket eventually.

            Eventually. That's pretty pathetic for a company who promises 24/7 support on their site. As of now, their own support email doesn't work; it bounces back any incoming email.

            Currently, the sites I have hosted there are all down, but they do show as being on a new server. Of course, the mySQL server isn't running or working, so I am unable to access them.

                My login doesn't work, which was the initial reason I had to email support. My email address is not registered in their system as a user anymore.

      Yet another senseless disruption of service. All my wp sites on one account show a new install screen.

      Well, so long shopaserver and any other hosting service that brings their shoddy business practices to the WF.

        My sites have been down for several days now. I have submitted two tickets with no response. I was previously a Hostanother.com client and they seemed to have sold out to Shopaserver.

        I can't login, FTP or get my sites to come up in a browser.

        Anyone have an update on this?

          Unfortunately, all my sites with these jokers are down again. The problem is I have other irons in the fire and haven't moved these domains yet.

            Should have checked here sooner. I like their rates but their customer service sucks. Their servers are supposed to be in the process of being moved/upgraded. I was able to access my cpanel today. However their nameservers have been down for over a week, so no websites are showing.

                Phew that was close. I really wish this hosting company decides to salvage what they've got. I finally got a response to my support ticket and my hosting account is intact and all seems to be in order.
