Hmmm. If the things repeated in that article are accurate, that ends affiliate advertising via AdWords, at least as most of us know it at the moment. Paul |

I have seen this happen with a couple of my direct link campaigns and some of my longer squeeze pages. Google is looking out for the end user's best interest. They are looking for sites that actually add value to the search engine. What I did to turn these around was to change up my landing pages and offer some good quality content while still promoting the affiliate program. Also, make sure you have more than one page with content, have a privacy policy page, a contact page with a form as well as actual contact information, and provide a site map. I took a campaign that was rated good, then went to poor then added the above and now it is rated great. The funny thing is, I have also increased conversion by doing this. The site looks more legit and offers something for the end user. There are a lot of fly-by-night one page landing pages pushing the same product. That is what Google would like to get rid of. They will still run your ads, but you are going to pay out the wazoo for them to run. Doug |

Interesting. But, google has told us how many times they have the end users search experience in mind (as well as making money). the point is stop trying to game the system and deliver quality and you wont have to worry, at least that is what i get from it. Mary |

Google really makes me sick, It's been 1 week over still my ads are not running & there is no reason why ads not showing up & no support also. Its time for alternative. I think this is very good opportunities for other advertising programs like yahoo, msn to catch the people. |
