A couple of questions for any Fiverr sellers out there!

Hi all,
I'm trying to find something out about Fiverr, but their total lack of documentation is frustrating me.

Can anyone help me out please?

First, I'm assuming that when someone orders my gig, I'll receive an email informing me.

My questions are about that email (and any later emails that occur as part of the gig).

So,

#1 Does that email detail the "order ID" or whatever Fiverr calls it?

#2 If the user attaches a document within Fiverr, do I get that attachment in the email, or do I need to log in and download from Fiverr.com

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Regards,
Andy

I have been a Fiverr seller for two months. Here is what I know.

    1. Yes, the email will contain the order number and buyers username.

    2. You will need to log in to see any document attached with an order.

I buy from a fiverr before, so when someone buys a gig, it sends an email informing the seller that they have a new sale. It also has a timer started. When the timer expired, the buyer can redeem back his money.

The buyer can now communicate with the seller regarding of his work. Fiverr has a built in message system for buyer and seller. Buyer tells seller what he wants, and when the seller finished a work, he click a button that says work delivered.

Now the buyer can verify the work and click thumbsup or thumbsdown.
