Total Newbie Needs Help!

Page one is where it is at. I know page two of google sounds good but do you really go to page two when you search for something. I don't unless all the searches are irrelevant on the first page.

We really need more info though. Is that original content on the site, how do you market. You can not just expect google to bring you the money. Too many variables without researching the site and knowing alot more.

Yeah I realize that. Maybe I should have worded it differently. I have gotten to page 2 and I was on page 1 (at the bottom) last month briefly.

Any suggestions on getting to page 1. I have all original content. Should I write more or spend more money on getting ranked?

Well all I can do is tell you my thoughts. Not one person outside of that corporate google conference room knows how they exactly get sites to the first page.

I see you have about 198 different sites linking in, this can be different on diff. tools.
I see you have one main keyword.
Which is
energy kits at number 15 on google.

So here is what I do. I go for three keywords a page. I try for 1.8 percent to 2.5 percent of keyword saturation on the pages. 1000 words is what I use for my pages.

I would slow down on the links. Its not even ranked on alexa Try for a few quality links from the old fashioned way a week. Be patient and take your time. I have alot more things I would do but I will stop there and let others tell you too. Remember all of us may not agree and you may be able to do different things to help.

My thought is google may have pushed you back for a reason. Please look at the number 1 through five postions of your keyword, to see what they have that you don't.

Also, if you're not using an SEO plugin like the one from Yoast -get it from wp.org - and check all on page factors such as interlinking between your blog pages.

On page SEO done right can easily boost your blog to page one with low and moderately competitive phrases.

Keep in mind that your keywords get very low search volume.

Even if you ranked your site at #1, you will be getting very little traffic.

What if you discovered the exact system you can use today that will not only drive traffic to your website but also help you to generate massive profits in the long run?

When you have these numbers in place and when you have tracked them driving traffic to your website should be a game. For example, if I want to drive 400 leads into my system I know I will have to write approximately 300 to 400 articles in this month or outsource this work.

This will immediately end up earning me $1200 profits and approximately $3600 revenue in the long run.

This completely eliminates the necessity for you to wait for the search engines to give you traffic where you don't know what you will be earning out of that traffic.

Make sure that you focus in creating a sales funnel. Set up an autoresponder system, write quality content emails and then sell your products in this email. Have a system of building relationship with your leads and they will purchase your products for long time to come.

If you apply the above plan you will not only predict your daily traffic but also your daily income that will finally tell you what you need to do every day to shoot your monthly and yearly income goal.

Focus in on your on page SEO - you have a good domain name so try and and fill your home page with high quality, unique, keyword rich content.

Aim high and try for 2-4% keyword density. If you have a strong main page with "solar energy kits" as one of your keywords you should be getting ranked a lot higher - but it can take a bit of time and Google can be tempermental at times so stick with it and you should get there sooner rather than later.

Man... There is no Social Buttons. Why? Go and create twitter, facebook, google+ accounts for this website. This is the first step and do it immediately! I don't know if you noticed, but google announced a new search that is personal search. This is based on google+ suggestions and +1 buttons. What does it mean?

You need to add social networks to the website. Then do the steps mentioned above. And what is the most important rule for backlinks these days is RELEVANCY. Do not build crappy links to your site which have nothing to do with the niche.

So if you want to go up in the rankings, build high quality and relevant backlinks and you will see a boost in the next month. Also add some more content so that Google see the site is up to date. That is one of the factors for good SEO. Hope it helps. I think you have enough work to keep you busy for some time.

hello, i´m also new to IM but have seen some success, have made a very few sales but i´m pretty good at SEO, two things, 1- engage a lot in social networking, link your site from social netwroks like FB youtube myspace etc, try to get google plus ones (go to fiverr dot com for that), create a video,add the share this plugin, add the goole xml sitemap. 2- don´t accept every comment you get to your blog 99% of the time will be spammers, look at the names( all product or keywords names). keep in mind that not all backlink services are good, there most be a specific way on doing this, be patient you have done a good job getting to the top of page two, keep working on your site and you´ll hit page 1.....this has all been just my experience with SEO, good look
