Not that I know of, Try testing it here.

Reason being is because you're at a forum were buyers are in heat.
So testing here would be your best bet, of course there's more to it
for example; What type of product you have, IM products would be ideal
but if you're selling an ebook on
    • getting your ex back
    • How to build X
    • Solar energy
    • lose weight
    • muscle building
    • etc
In my opinion what sells here are products that will help make or boost online income. On that note if you have a product similar to the above list and you were giving PLR along w/it then that would sell.

I am pretty sure it is up to you to fill in your marketplace listing details so if you do not choose to do that then I would have thought it won't show up.

Why do you need to test it with Clickbank though? Just use Paypal or something easy like that and run some traffic to your sales page.

the only reason I wanted to use clickbank was because it would be easier to show proof of conversions and recruit affiliates before the initial 'launch'.

You must pay the activation fee first but you can
decide when you want it listed in the marketplace

Hi...I am new to this forum. When a customer is on your Pitch Page and ready to buy your product, you need to provide them with a payment link that sends them to the ClickBank order form, where they can enter their payment information and complete the transaction. Once the payment is approved, the customer is taken to a page hosted by ClickBank that confirms their order by providing them with a unique receipt number. Customers are then prompted to click a final link that takes them from this confirmation page to your Thank You Page, where you provide them with the information detailed above. You'll need to manually create the payment link to send customers to the order form, and then insert this payment link in HTML code on your Pitch Page.

Yep, you don't need to list it on the marketplace, not sure if it counts sales/gravity before it's listed, can't think why it wouldn't so that means when you do list it you might have accrued some gravity and get off to a moving start.

You can activate it but not have it show up in the Market Place but I do think you've gotta pay the $50 fee.

Like what the other OP said. Just use Paypal to test the conversions.

ClickBank and proof of conversions. Hah!

You can just launch your product onto CB silently and start driving traffic yourself.

Or you can do it for free with Paypal. I use Profit Theme and it literally is just a click of the mouse to pick between Paypal & ClickBank.

It might be easier to go with paypal because you can test price points easier. Every time I tested a price point in good ol' CB I had to wait 3-5 days for the new payment link to be approved.

Was there a reason why you needed a new payment link (unless it was a recurring billing) ?

I wanted to see how price effected conversions. Ex:

    - drive 500 clicks at $7
    - drive 500 clicks at $17
    - offer the product as a $1 trial

    etc.

Why did you need a new payment link for these
      - why not just change the price in your ClickBank account ?
