Help - My Client's Twitter is Suspended

Hi,

I am managing client's Twitter account two weeks ago, and suddenly yesterday I found the account's suspended.

I really don't know what's wrong.
I submitted ticket to ask Twitter what's going on and got automated email as below:

##- Please type your reply above this line -## Hello XXXXXXXXX
We understand that you're contesting an account suspension. Please be sure to read this entire email; you will need to take further action in order to reopen your ticket and trigger a review of your account.
Twitter suspends accounts for a variety of reasons:
• If your account was suspended for aggressive following behavior, you should have received an email notification to the address associated with your Twitter account. You'll need to confirm that you've removed all prohibited following automation from your account, and will stop any manual aggressive following behavior. To expedite your appeal process, please review our Best Practices page if you haven't already, and then reply to this ticket with a confirmation that you understand our policies and will not engage in any prohibited following behavior.
• If you didn't receive an email indicating why your account was suspended, please take a minute to review the Twitter Rules. If you suspect you've been suspended for another reason, please reply to this email with a short explanation.
• If you received an email from email saying 'you're being suspended' or that we're going delete your account, you're safe; the email is fake. More information here twitter support link
• While we strive to avoid mistakes, it's also possible that your account was suspended in error. If after reviewing the Rules, you have no idea why your account was suspended, just reply to this email indicating as much, and we'll take another look at your case. Our apologies if the error turns out to be ours.
Thanks, Twitter Trust & Safety

I replied to them several times and until now haven't got any reply yet.

I don't know what happened.

The list of applications that I found on Twitter application list as follow:

Facebook to connect with Facebook fan page status updates (made about 3 or 4 statuses per day)

Twitter for Blackberry
Echofon (I installed Echofon in my iPad and tried to login into the account. I got rejected for three times, it said wrong password. Finally after three times, I managed to get in. Two hours after that the account's being suspended)

What I didn't do:

-Sending message with link
-I replied to some tweets two days before, but they all replied me as well. I didn't give link either. It's just like ordinary conversation. I am 100% sure it's not spamming.

What I did do:
-I followed about 100 people per day (didn't use automatic application, only manual)
-The next day, I just checked people who unfollowed the account, unfollowed them and follow another.

I really don't know what happened.
I have been practicing the above for many other accounts but have never got suspended.

Please if anybody can suggest which one of my actions above that might trigger Twitter to suspend the account, and if someone can suggest what I should do next to get my client's account back
