1000s of PLR articles--what would people buy them for?

I have thousands of little 300 word articles on my computer that I am so tired of!

I don't know what to market them for because they're all over the map when it comes to topic. Refrigerators, jewelry, headphones, forex, woodworking and more, among other things.

What I'd like to do is set them up in a what-you-see-is-what-you-get package.

The question is should I market it for $4 for all of them, $5, $7, $17, $20, what? They're kinda random and would need to be rewritten before being used.

What type of price would *you* want them for and I'll put it up as a WSO or something.

Are these original articles that you wrote or are they PLR articles that you bought and hundreds of other people already have.

Well several things you can do and only a couple you should do.
I try to use original content for my projects but if your short on cash you can put some together have someone else rewrite them and use them for your responders.

You can set up a membership site and add them to it.

You can give away the best ones as a freeby.

You can burn them. There must be a million or over plr on the net by now.

I wouldn't sell them if it was me. Honestly, what I would do is:

Sort them out into niches --> Subniches.

Niche Folder (NF) --> Sub Niche folder (SNF)

Internet Marketing (NF) --> List Building, WordPress, Webinars, SEO, etc..(All SNF)

Go into each sub niche and use the articles information to create one (or more) ebooks based on that niche. Then, turn that around and sell the product (with or without PLR).

If you REALLY want to get into selling plr.. Do that (/\) and then take the remaining articles that you wouldn't exactly be able to create a "sellable product" out of (refrigerators for example...) and bundle them up as articles with PLR to sell for a few bucks (Depending on how many is dependent on price) offering 100% commissions on them. Use that to build a list and then upsell to that list the existing PLR content that you (recently) created.

      That's just my two cents..

      The subject (clearly) says "PLR"

Er, just goes to show how much I know about PLR... I want to sell them as PLR.

(PLR isn't my specialty. I do offline and email lists mostly, this was for a completely different project last year that worked out ok but I just want to see if there's any more juice in this rock.)

I wrote all of them, sorry for the mixup.

You actually wrote all of the articles?! Nice!

Well, I still stand on my recommendation, regardless of if they are PLR or custom written.

If you wrote them that makes them highly valuable:

Original PLR is worth so much more than the thousands of rehashed, over-done, PLR floating around.

This is unique PLR that has not been seen by anyone before.

With the right marketing you could be sitting on a PLR Goldmine....

If you have thousands of original, unique PLR articles, written well, I think you should consider a WSO...

You could probably sell 25 of them for $8-10 pretty easily if the quality is okay. I'd suggest doing a WSO or maybe Warrior Classifieds. You could also set up a membership site that would have content for a very long time if you did, say, 30 articles a month for $8 a month. You could probably get quite a few takers.

If they are not your own articles, you may want to find out if you are allowed to give them away or sell them. However, if you have resell rights, you will need to change them a little bit to make them unique so you do not sell people stuff that they already have. You have to realise that wherever you got them, other people may have gone there too so it is very important that you re-do them. PLR is really supposed to be use as a guide so you can read the information then do your own research and add or subtract some things. In this industry, a good name is everything.

If you wrote them all then they are worth way more than the same old plr's we see everyday. Most of them are free or close to it anyway.

If you wrote the articles yourself or you had a writer write them for you (which you would need to do if you want to sell them as a WSO - it has to be original) then I would package them up into smaller categories based on niche topics and then sell them.

You could also offer a further discount for those that purchase a bundle of packs together. I usually sell for $ per page of original content when I'm not running a special and then less than that for WSOs or special offers.

Sort them by niche and launch a WSO for al of them. Use the dime sale method. Marketers are always looking for content.

Well i do too have 1000s of PLR articles on my hard drive ... most people call it a wastage.. thats because they dont know what to do with them ..

Most of my articles i use them to create new products .. they provide me with perfect referance for information ..

I think it is must have for any product creator or article writer ...

So you got it why people buy them...
