Paypal limitation, need help!

Hello warriors!

I wrote an ebook, and I am selling it on the internet. I have no business or company for that.

I made a premire account (not business) in PAYPAL, and started to selling it.
But one day, my account has been limited.

They wanted my supplier's informations, shipping informations and invoices about payments.
This is a digital file, customers can download it, so there is no supplier, and there is no shipping.
I do not make any invoices.. That's why I made premiere account and not a business account.

I sent an email to the support few days ago, but I still have no answer. I have big amount of money there.
I do not know what to do.. I read many articles about limitations for 180 days...

So I need someone, who help me solving this! If the limtation is solved, I pay for that service for anyone.

Or is there any team, or company which deal with that? I mean they are solving paypal problems?

My 2nd question: Is there any way to sell my ebook if its not working? (There is no business or company) If anybody has an idea, please share! Credit/debit card payment accepting is important.

You can send me letters private, but I cant answer.
or: bzstales @ live . com

Thank you very much WARRIORS! Sorry for my english

SPRNM.

I don't really know how to help you except for telling you to try contacting them once more or calling them and see what happens.

Agreed, its the only way to get a quick answer.
Everyone sends email nowadays, just pick up the phone and you will get an answer.

When my account was limited, all I need to do was sending an email with the issue and if they could speed up the process of the investigation. That's basically what the limit is for, investigation in your business affairs. Are you earning the money legally and so on..

The day after that email I called them up and this very kind person fixed it immediately for me. He explained me what I just told you above.

Just send an email or call them and your issue will be resolved in no-time!

Call PayPal. Listen very carefully. They will tell you what to do. Do it.

You say you "have no business." You do. You are selling an ebook.

Ask them what to do. When they tell you, post it here. Then someone may be able to suggest "how" to do it.

When you call, be polite, take notes listing names, departments and instructions.

The PayPal security dept will not accept calls so email is your only option.

Based on experience, I would plan on waiting 180 days to see your money. My suggestion is to NOT use PayPal as your primary merchant account ever.

By getting a "real" merchant account, and using PayPal as an offered payment "alternative", you will sell more stuff and not have all the hassles that come with PayPal.

If the ebook is selling that good why not pay the $49 and sell it on Clickbank? Let Clickbank deal with Paypal for you.

You could probably use Worldpay as an alternative online payment processor. Check it out.

Nope, Clickbank either sends you a physical check to cash or a direct deposit to a bank account. They just act as the middleman for Paypal payments so you don't have to deal with Paypal at all. Clickbank will never get a limitation notice from Paypal.

It's because Clickbank has a proven track record of satisfying customer complaints and processing refunds without question. Also Paypal knows that at anytime Clickbank could have a HUGE rush of sales and doesn't penalize them for it.

Individuals on the other hand are subjected to both scrutinies - Paypal doesn't know your track record for dealing with dissatisfied customers and if you all of a sudden get a huge rush in sales they are likely to flag your account for limitations until they can verify all of your sales are legit and legal.

But now this is not just limited to Paypal ANY online payment processor I don't care who it is will act just as Paypal does if they suspect you're up to something fishy.

I don't get it why people are always complaining about PayPal.

I've had my account limited at one point - they asked for some documents, I sent them, voila, problem solved! And when I had other problems, I just called them, it's so much easier.
