need to know if this is a good idea
im a noob and still playing with ideas and very much in the learning stage so your critique is welcome, so i have been researching a niche, i have found in google keywords
30,400,000 broad searches (low)
450,000 exact searches (medium)
24,900,000 phrase searches (low)
in a google search wikipedia is the top result and there are a few other sites that have lots of backlinks to them but they are general sites which cover a range of subjects and arnt specific to the niche, 2 niche specific sites which are promotional sites for a company, and a couple of sites which are closely related to that service but not the same
the domain names for the keyword are not available, but i can call it nicheglobal.com or nicedirectory.com or something like this
this nice is a service and it can be found all over the world, i was thinking to make a global directory site where people can advertise that they provide this service, they can have a free profile on it and customers can browse by country and city,
to make money from it could adwords work? maybe offer premium deals to the service providers where they get their ad to the top, maybe have an affiliate shop in it selling books and products on this service, if i can draw enough regular traffic to the site maybe start charging to advertise on it or try to create some sort of online booking booking service where i get a cut
is my idea a workable one do you think? or any ideas on what i might not have realised yet?
