Script Needed - PayPal Based Referral Program
Dear Warriors, Knights, Samurai, et all:
I'm setting up a referral program, think Angie's List meets Trade First. It'll be very basic, participating companies and customers will have their own accounts. Referring members and companies will be stored in the customers accounts so I only need to track total customer purchase amounts from each company.
Example: Customer creates an account, a PHP cookie or similar tracks them to a participating company and reports only their total purchase amount (nothing too personal) and adds it to a database to calculate total commissions owed by each company for each customer.
I've briefly checked out programs such as PHPAffiliate 3 and the like but need to defer to those of you with more experience. I'm willing to pay/barter a reasonable price for the right program or person able to make this work and will even offer a commission for a referral to the right program or programmer.
