|  Site Flipping Templates that aren't Wordpress?
I notice everyone on sitepoint is using the wordpress revolution theme but what if you want to not use wordpress but still want a nice template? Are there any templates that are similar to the revolution theme that are not wordpress?

Revolution is not the entire WordPress. You can still find quality WordPress themes elsewhere. Check out the developer's license package at woothemes.com
