The properties aren't even super expensive with the cheapest ones going for AU$310,000 (about $200,000US).

I wish the agent had said that to us when we bought our last house!

But this is a GREAT example of beating the competition through offering even more value for money than anyone else. Even with the tight real estate market due to the slowing economy, they were able to sell $3 million worth of property on the weekend.

It gets you thinking...how much MORE value could you be offering your customers?
