Sorry if this post does not belong here or I sound dumb or maybe I really am. I just fail to understand why most products promoted on the Warrior come at so low a price. Please don't get me wrong, I am only curious.

I have not been a member of the warrior forum due to the kind of niches I am in and I am trying to go into other niches. I have been sent links to products that seem to be awesome especially those that help promote rankings in search engines as well as others but when I see the price tag of say $7, $27 etc, I wonder why such products are so low. I managed to buy some but I was skeptical about others. I got the Stealth Link and the Prodo CJ plugins for Wordpress and found them awesome.

Many marketers use the Warrior Forum as the testing ground.

They develop a product and release it here, get some feedback and testimonials and then launch it on Clickbank (for a much higher price).

Thanks hpgoodboy, now I get it. It will be better then to buy stuff here before it gets to Clickbank.

Well it's not only what the other Warriors wrote, many product vendors will stick in copious amounts of upsells, downsells, and so on...not to mention the fact that several are interested in getting you on their "list". Hence, a low price (and obviously even the basic strategy of making their money in volume or building up street cred by offering a quality inexpensive product setting users up in the long run for more expensive offerings).

The other thing you will find is that as well as testing if you buy at $5 then there will be at least 1 $47 (or some similar figure) upsell. Normally there is an upsell and if you say no to that then there will be an upsell for a lower value.

I think that the cost of advertising on WF and low risk are great factors that contribute.

In some instances, yes. But many of the products offered here are "made for WSO" and won't be sold elsewhere. Buy only what you need and only when you need it and read enough to get a feeling for who offers quality products.

Some sellers walk and talk - some just talk:p

Maybe because the WSO's are sold in the Warrior Special Offers section and they're *supposed* to have a special price just for Warriors

List Building for a specific niche (free or cheap product)

      Product testing

Testimonials to add to sales letters

And of course there will be an upsell product as noted above.

Some people build their whole business models around WSOs. It's not recommended, of course. But if you think about it, you could do quite well, and even make a full-time income, by continually offering high quality, low-priced WSOs here. You'd get a reputation for offering good products and your low prices would keep your customers happy and coming back for more.

But it's better to build other avenues of income in addition to WSOs and not rely on them entirely. Naturally, not having all of your eggs in one basket is a smart idea. Multiple streams of income are how most of the really wealthy people in the world got their wealth.

Low price on the front end, OTO, upsells and you're on the list now.
So it seems a low price until you have all those other marketing opportunities to sell them.
